But wondering if I could have went with a bank instead of cash .... it went up because it 8 different people trying to buy so I went up ?

@Ronnie Quinn II Congrats welcome to the site! There is a ton of information on here as well as great connections to be made. As far as going with a bank instead of cash I have found that anything less than 50K is hard to get a bank to loan on unless you had maybe a credit line or something with the ban
