Hi! My name is Jessie.

I'm looking into purchasing my first real estate intestment property. As of right now I've saved enough for a little over 20% of a 100,000$ property.

I was wondering if anyone has any turnkey websites they would recommend me looking at, or even any websites you wouldn't recommend.

I'd also love recommendations for different states that you think would be a good place to begin!

Taking advice, recommendations, and knowledge! 😊

Thanks!

@Jessie Estupinan welcome to BP. Many good turnkey operators throughout the nation but also some to stay away from. Your in a good position to buy and your target price of roughly $100K is very doable in many markets. Please be wary for turnkey providers that begin pitching you $30K rental properties as those are not sustainable for out of state investors by any means. You can get into good solid TK properties from $60K-150K depending on the areas your looking to invest. I can provide further if need be.
