Hi all,

I am Kyle West in Ogden UT. I've been in the area for about a year and half and I am looking to buy my first MFH as an owner/occupant. I almost bought last year and backed out due to being single income, so house hacking makes me a lot more comfortable when buying a personal residence.

After buying my a place for me a to live I am interested in getting into buy and hold, and BRRR's. I make a decent income and live very cheap so I have been saving about 2k a month for the past 12 months, I am also debt free. So I am ready to hit the ground running.

I am 30 y/o and would like to be financially independent in the next 5 years or so. I enjoy my job, but the security of extra income streams would be great.
