Good morning BP folks!  And happy new year!  My husband and I own a small real estate investment company that has done a handful of flips in middle and west Tennessee.  We are looking to expand our empire by adding multi-units in the next year as well as continuing to purchase, rehab and resale.  I am a self-confessed audio book and podcast addict so when my husband suggested I started listening to BP podcast last year, I was hooked and haven't looked back.

We are member of the Memphis Investment Group and Sam is a real estate agent with Adaro Realty.
