My name is Safeer and I'm an investor from CA. I am a Software Engineer by trade but am passionate about real estate. Recently starting to become more active on BiggerPockets.

I started in real estate 5 yrs ago during the dip in Stockton/Modesto, CA. I ended up there by starting a small site HousingRebound.com (not too active now) to compile data on cities across the nation. Since last year, I started buying properties in Macomb County, MI. A few months ago, I also started a small fund raising money from friends and family. Currently, I manage over 20 properties nationwide.

My main focus is SFH homes across the nation. Looking forward to getting to know others and exploring new markets!!
