First, a huge shout out to BP and everyone on here! So thankful to find this site and listen to the podcasts!! @BrandonTurner

Second, my name is Creighton and really want to get some rental properties and look into flipping. I'm torn with investing here in Seattle or trying to find affordable houses in Spokane.
