I'm a 22 year old investor in Buffalo NY, looking for knowledge of the ins and outs of house flipping. Calculating property value, ROI, Contracts and etc. I am new to the game with an open mind and ready to learn, I have access to a few dollars & im ready to start working!!!!! Does anyone have any advice?
