I'm a 22 year old investor in Buffalo NY, I currently live in my parents basement and I have a child on the way (due in 2 months) I have a job with SkipTheDishes, delivering food, & I get to choose my hours, so my income isn't necessarily stable....(sometimes it's up, sometimes it's down) but I just recently found out that I have a great credit score. Can someone help me figure out how I can use my good credit to be able to finance an investment property?

Is there anyone in the Tampa Bay area who can help me get started in wholesaling? Im 19 years old and I have a pretty decent understanding of how wholesaling works, I just would like to see the process done in real life and hopefully maybe even have someone to walk me through my first deal!
