Hello Bigger Pockets community! I’m Chad Hahn and new to real estate investing. I relocated Washington from Minneapolis, MN four years ago to start a new adventure in life. I’ve spent several years working as a project coordinator and carpenter for a local remodeling and custom home builder back in MN and now am looking to pursue my dream of Neighborhood Redevelopment through real estate investing.

I am looking to purchase my first property within the next 90-120 days. I would like to start with a 2-4 multi-family unit to use the BRRRR method to either flip or buy and hold depending on the current local market conditions. My ultimate goal is to invest in commercial and mixed-use properties.
