@Raul R. is right. You have to take in to account that they will be working the hardest when the weather is the most extreme whether it be hot or cold. Tis the reason they always seem to break on the hottest or coldest day of the year.

OKC area investors,

I plan on buying properties in the OKC area in the near future so I am looking for recommendations for closing attorney/title companies and also real estate savy insurance agents. Also, are there any OKC agents that would be willing to take a call or email to answer some questions about the hotter areas of the OKC area? Thanks!

Hi @Keldrick Cannon

Welcome!

It's a very competitive market right now. Wholesaling is work and can be a grind so make sure you have the right mindset going into it. If you ever want to meet up for lunch or a coffee to talk just give me a ring.

Hey Carlos, one thing to be aware of in South Carolina is the difference in tax rates for primary residence and non-primary residence. Primary is taxed at 4% and non-primary at 6%, then you also have to multiply by the millage.
