hi I'm new to investing I just recently bought my first two family. I'm looking to learn how to exactly wholesale. Once I learn that I want to take that money and fix up my rental then get it appraised to see how much equity i generated. Take that and then basically keep rolling it over to buy new property and keep wholesaling and repeat

Welcome to the REI life @Israel Toro. Ya, the Beginner's Guide is the place to start.  Wholesaling is a simple strategy, but just a heads up that it takes some work to make a go of it. Don't want to discourage you from doing it it's a great method. Put in the work and you'll find your way. All the best!
