I am 64 and in the 12th year of my second career as an artist/real estate investor. I was an architect for 35 years an was able to leave a successful and satisfying career, because of a real estate investment and our professional practice.

We exchanged our office building into a 58 unit apartment project 10 years ago. Recently, I have acquired a house that we rehabbed and have successfully leased. I would like to acquire more houses to lease in the San Diego area. My plan is to acquire and hold to create cashflow.
