Hello,
I have owned my condo now for little over a couple years now and have been working with my agent recently to look for lower income properties where I can buy and hold. This Is just an idea as of now but would like to learn as much as I can to hopefully do this full time.

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Logan Hughes! There are a lot of great options out there for getting involved in income properties. On the lower end, I encourage you to be extremely cautious with where you're investing in and how much time you intend to spend. Working with low-income tenants can definitely lead to a lot of headaches if you don't have the proper management systems in place.
Best of luck with your search and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions!
