Thanks Mark! I'll be buying both the rental property investing and managing rental properties books this week. Can't wait to get my hands on them. Just watched the Calculating numbers on rental properties and downloaded the spreadsheet that came with it. Great stuff

Wow great feed back. Thanks for the help on this. Yea I figured when dealing with low-income tenants there would always be some headaches involved just don't know how to actually start by getting my foot in the door. What would you recommend for rental systems?  I heard a couple of options from Biggerpockets podcast.

Hello,

I have owned my condo now for little over a couple years now and have been working with my agent recently to look for lower income properties where I can buy and hold. This Is just an idea as of now but would like to learn as much as I can to hopefully do this full time.
