I am a basketball coach looking to get into real estate

I am a basketball coach/teacher and I am literally never home with my wife and son. I love sports and coaching but its time to get paid for my time put in and be able to spend more time with my family. Time is seriously flashing before my eyes. I have always been intersted in real estate and cannot make a decison in which area to get into. I am 32 years old and have 0 experience. I have kicked around the idea of flipping or doing a triplex type rental property. Any advice on my situation or area that would be better getting into first. I know this is a broad post but I am finally taking action which is a huge step for me because I have been a coach for 9 years and its the only thing I know. I was always fearful of getting into real estate. Thanks for yalls time!
