I am also interested in meeting up.

Oahu or Maui lived there for a year and was the best experiences of my life!

I know investing is not a get rich fast scheme, and I know you have to be patient, I get all that. I have done tons of researching, read books, but I want to hear from real people out there, not books. What is the fastest way to start making money and building wealth with real estate investing. If you had anywhere around 60k to invest how could you invest that money and cover around 2,000 a month in personal expenses as fast as you could. This is basically what I need to be semi-retired, or my wife to be able to come on board and help me out with my business. Thanks so much BP peeps!

My wife and I purchased a home in February this year. If I want to rent the house out or airbnb am I allowed to? I am reading that you have to occupy the home for 1 year and then you can sell it but you are not allowed to rent it? Any direction or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

thank you

I am a basketball coach/teacher and I am literally never home with my wife and son. I love sports and coaching but its time to get paid for my time put in and be able to spend more time with my family. Time is seriously flashing before my eyes. I have always been intersted in real estate and cannot make a decison in which area to get into. I am 32 years old and have 0 experience. I have kicked around the idea of flipping or doing a triplex type rental property. Any advice on my situation or area that would be better getting into first. I know this is a broad post but I am finally taking action which is a huge step for me because I have been a coach for 9 years and its the only thing I know. I was always fearful of getting into real estate. Thanks for yalls time!
