Hi Everyone,

A bit about myself. My name is Tim Walters. I'm 31yo, married with 2 young boys. I work in Columbus Ohio in the commercial HVAC/R industry. 

I am very new to real estate investing, and hope to cut the learning curve "some" by learning from others experiences.

My starting interest is to buy and hold mid tier single family to four plex properties. Commercial property is an end goal. I expect these goals to evolve as I gain knowledge and experience. 

Currently the best contribution I can provide to this community is HVAC related knowledge and an unbiased opinion.
