long term capital and crowdfunding

Hi community I am erick miller and I currently flip 10-12 houses per year and hold 25 rental homes between another partner and myself and I also own a building inspection company. I would like to obtain more long term capital for holding single family homes in my portfolio and would like to structure commercial apartment building acquisitions.
