Looking for a resource to put together a professional resume. I have lots of real estate experience but will be looking to obtain a loan on my first multi family apartment building in the near future-Referals are welcome. Thanks in advance

@Ben Leybovich totally get it Education is always ongoing and necessary still looking for a mentor that perhaps I can add value somehow-I think both are a good idea

Any suggestions On the best way to connect with a mentor that would not mind helping an experienced single-family home Investor break into the larger multi family game? Value I could possibly add is 25 years experience as a building inspector and over 25 years experience rehabbing homes I don’t want to be a taker!

@Jeffrey Bradbury

How old is the home?

I am an inspector and I believe we all limit our liability to the cost of the inspection

Negligence is not disclaimed but can be hard to prove

@Sheila Campbell

How large of a property are you trying to acquire?

Va financing for 1-4 family is standard and credit does not need to be stellar
