Hello everyone! I've been on and off of this site for almost two years now due to distractions in my personal life, but I am set on making my first deal happen in 2017. I want to say hi and am looking to begin being an active member of the BP community. My goal is to focus on rehabs, so I look forward to networking with any investors who specialize in this strategy.
