I started in Real Estate as a realtor and worked my way through college in NY.  After college I became a mortgage broker for 7 years.  I loved everything about real estate but I married a military man and became a stay at home mom.  When my husband retired from 30yrs in the military we sold all our belongings and became a full time RV family, living in 35 states.  Exploring our beautiful country.  We have been to all the National parks, monuments and more sightseeing than you can imagine. It has been awesome and I love the freedom it has provided my family.    We've been full time for 5 years now and I love it.  We have decided to make the West Coast our home.  I will live in California in the winter and Oregon/Washington summer/fall.  

My kids are older and I would love to get back into real estate.  I would love to invest in property in CA, WA and OR.  I would love to possibly partner, be eyes on the ground for other investors and wholesaling to get started.  I'm open and looking for investing opportunities.
