Investor with multifamily and single family experience

Hello everyone.  I am new to the site but have been doing property management and investing for many years.  I am a realtor that focuses on the North Dallas area (Lewisville, Carrollton, Grapevine, etc..).  I run multiple class A and B apartment complexes and single family homes.  I'm looking to meet like investors and wholesalers who are selling inventory that matches my portfolio.  Also I enjoy helping others who may have questions on how to break into either single family or commercial management and how to owner manage those properties.  I look forward to communicating more with everyone.
