New Member in Alpharetta, Ga
Hi All!
Getting back into flipping houses. My wife and I had some successes before the 2007 crash. We started a family and have 3 girls and now are getting back into flipping again. We recently purchase a house in Alpharetta on a short sale and in-process of fixing it up. We hope to have it on the market before Christmas. My wife loves doing this and its something we enjoy doing together. I am a software developer by day and love my work. Real estate is a wealth building tool for us. We are looking for another house to flip in the Q1 after our current one sells(assuming the market is in good condition!!!)

We generally look at houses that would appeal 80% of the market(this is a subjective feel for us) that is looking to buy and for the time being, I want to keep our flip houses within 5 miles of where we live in Alpharetta. I would be looking for at least 4bed/2bath to start.
