Newbie from Buenos Aires, Argentina!
Hey guys and girls! How are you?
My name is Mark.
I'm a 20 year old computer science college dropout. The main reason for dropping out is that I wanted to start a business as soon as possible. I was spending most of the time on my classes reading on my kindle about business. And although college in Argentina is free, it's not free on time. I had at least 5 more years to get my degree (Computer science degree in Argentina = B.S. + M.S. in USA = 6+ years)
I just started reading about real estate and I find it really interesting. I have found the forum thanks to a post in the fastlane forum (J.Scott, Steve Olafson, etc). My goal is to master RE and be able to live off it. I have read biggerpocket's beginners guide ebook and found wholesaling and flipping interesting. I will start reading all the recommended blog posts.
What I find hard is adapting everything to Argentina's system and starting out with just $2000 dollars.
My ultimate goal in RE is to build an empire :) as a developer maybe.
This month I started working doing copywriting on upwork. I'm not earning a lot but I'm proud to have reached the 100% job success in just my first month.
I'm looking forward to learn a lot from you and contribute with what I can.
Thanks for reading,
Mark!
