Hello bigger pockets. I have been meaning to sign up for a long time. My name is Peter Ryabikin and I am 27 years old. I live in Washougal Wa and flip mostly in Portland OR. I have flipped close to 100 houses since late 2009 and started wholesaling this year also. I have a 50/50 partner on all of our flips/wholesales. We have done 27 flips this year and 10 wholesales. Looking to network and meet new people in the business. We have big goals for 2018!
