Hi Everyone!

My name is Chung Le. I am a newbie from Beaverton, Oregon. I moved to Oregon from San Jose, CA 8 years ago. I am current work in Semiconductor industry, and a part time real estate investor. I am so excited to be part of BP community. As fas as real estate experiences, I bought, and sold 2 single residence houses. My goal is looking for a multifamily home, then moving to 5 to 20 unit apartments. I am looking forward to discuss the real estate matter with all of you

Thank you!

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for the response. I totally agree with the duplex idea to start out as living in one and rent out the other. I also bought my home in Beaverton, Oregon, not a duplex back in 2011. For my profession, the best way I could explain to you is Intel is one of our big customer. In order for Intel to make a chip that part of the mother Printer Circuit Board (in your personnel computer), they have to order our company machine. It cost somewhere between 1.2M to 2M (two million) full option. We also sell our machines to Samsung, Hynix, TSMC, Texas Instrument, etc.. I am with this company for more than 15 years, make a decent living, but not enough to pay for my 3 boys's college fund. This is one of the main reason I invest in real estate.
