Hello BiggerPockets Users,

First off, I have already found the amazing utility that is the BiggerPockets Community. My current job is a home designer for a production home builder in the Des Moines area. I am currently working on obtaining my real estate license with a partner to explore other business ventures. We both young and energetic individuals looking to build a great amount of success and wealth using the real estate platform.

Through our research and use of the free articles as well as podcasts here in the BiggerPockets Community, we have identified buy and hold rental properties as an avenue we believe to be achievable and potentially successful. We also believe that flipping properties is another option that could work due to a close relationship that we have with a private investor/contractor.

We are always looking to continue learning and mastering the world of real estate, through connections and relationships such as the ones you find in the BiggerPockets Community.
