Hello everyone, I am a new wholesaler in Northern New Jersey who is interested in acquiring more deals in addition to obtaining knowledge.  I am definitely interested in growing to flip properties (preferably SFs) and eventually buy and hold properties (SF, Multies).  I heard about Bigger Pockets through a real estate mentor who  actually motivated me to do my first deal!
