I'm Jamie from Philadelphia. I'm mostly interested in buy & hold multifamily residential deals in Philly & South NJ. I have a few small places already, have done a rehab in bigger places, and looking to grow my portfolio by acquiring multifamily buildings in need of rehab.

I also have a company functioning as a contact center for tenants and prospective tenants - kind of a professional phone and online rent collection service.
