Out of State Investor in Wisconsin

Hello BP Community.

I am an investor from Seattle, WA. I work full time, like my job and want to build my real estate portfolio for retirement. My family has multifamily units in the Seattle area.

I have experience managing my family's rentals, buy and hold deals and am currently house hacking my home in Seattle to students. I am looking to expend my portfolio to Wisconsin. I have been researching the Milwaukee are but open to other cities. I read and listen  to podcasts/post on BP all the time.
