Hello Everyone. I am from the Cleveland area and are very familiar with it and most of the suburbs. I have over 20 years in the construction industry and currently a Superintendent for a General Contractor.

My interests in Real Estate go back decades. I have decided to quit talking/thinking about it and get my butt moving... After reading books and websites ect, my plans are to start going to the Cleveland area REIA meetings and reaching out to others in the Real Estate community.

Right now I am leaning toward multi family housing buy and hold.  (to start)

BP is a tremendous resource and am glad to have found it. The forums, blogs, and podcasts are all great. Thank you and I look forward to getting to know the people here.
