I am Justin Lloyd from Springfield Missouri. I am completely new to REI and am excited to get started. I went to my first REI/landlord meeting today and am already hooked. I am already looking for some potential single family buys to either fix and rent or wholesale. I cannot wait to post my first story and put some of my newly gained knowledge to work.
