Tim Hall I have a full time job and honesty is what makes and breaks that position. Thank you for saying to be honest. I understand there are all trains of thought on how to make money in real estate using both honest tactics and the latter. I want to build a business based upon honesty and no games. I have went to several REI meetings and with those folks I have spoken with they all seem genuine and want to share resources and information.

Mindy Jensen and Ben Leybovich thanks for the article and for the advice. I read the article and I like seeing the not so told truth about wholesaling. I definitely do not want to get sued and want to do business the right way.
