Hey all,
I want to thank everyone in advance for answering any and all of my stupid questions! I have been interested in real estate investing for a while, and the opportunity has presented itself to me in an extremely ideal way. I feel that it is my turn for Bigger Pockets!

When it comes to whether or not to get your license, I would say that it depends. J Scott is someone who says that it is a great idea to have it, but there are others that say that it is not. I'm not going to just quite yet. When I start buying/selling more houses, I will look into it more then. For now, I have a great agent that is willing to help me a lot so I don't really need it for now.
