Hi all. My name is Abbas Jamal Eddine and I joined Bigger Pockets after listening to the podcasts (learned about the podcasts from reddit). I am really looking forward to learning more about investing in real estate and meeting people of the same mindset!! My wife and I just bought an older mid century house and working on renovating it as it needs a lot of work. I am interested in rentals (multi family and single family), flips, and ways to do so through little/no investment money upfront. Looking forward to interacting with this community! ANY advice will be very helpful

Thank you @Brett Snodgrass for the welcome and the book suggestion. I will definitely have to check it out. I am currently reading the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" as a start. Also, thank you for the keywords idea, this website is great so far!
