Hi everyone im Ishmael, total newbie from Columbus OH would you guys think it will be a great idea if i went and checked out to an auction just to get an idea of how things go?

It would be a great idea I would get a list of the properties for sale that week, pick one or two that interest you ,and try to come up with a value for it. If you feel real adventurous call a title company and get a quick report so that you would have idea on the liens the property Then go to the auction talk and network with other investors,ask questions and learn the system. See how close you come to the estimate on the 2 properties you picked if they sell .After some time you will develop valuable skills that will help you on your investment journey
