New To Bigger Pockets Las Vegas Area
Hello everyone I am Ivan and new to bigger pockets. I currently live in the Las Vegas area and looking to meet other like mind people. I am new to real estate investing but reading and learning as much as I can. I would just like to meet as many other people in the Las Vegas area to see how they are approaching things and if I can help you in some type of way let me know. I hope that can meet some very knowledgable people and make some new friends.

@Ivan Wright Welcome to BiggerPockets and the world of investing. I am a local wholesaler here in Las Vegas and got my finger on the pulse of this market all day. First I would say be clear as to what kind of investor you would like to be. Wholesaler, rehab, or more into buy and holds.
