Hello my name is Garry and I am new to real estate investing but have dabbled in other investments for many years.

I have a business degree. I was bitten by the real estate bug last year when I bought a 5bdr home in an upscale neighborhood. Spent 30 days on rehab and sold after 2 days on market for a $65,000 profit! I'm hooked and cant wait for my next deal!
