I am looking for an investor that would like to acquire a property I have under contract, I am looking to assign the contract for a modest assignment fee. The property is in a wonderful neighborhood 4/2/2, 2900sqft on a 12,000sqft lot. I have the property under contract for 55% under market value. Thanks Jeremy.  home was in Seabrook in the Seabrook Island subdivision. The home was with a relocation service and I happen to be one of the 1st offers on the home and snatched it up for $180,000. Put about $25,000 in rehab and upgrades, doing 75% of the work myself. Listed for $295,000 and had 3 buyers in a bidding war and I took $285,405 after 2 days on the market! I called that experience my...Slam Dunk Affair with real estate investing! I cant wait for my next deal which I'm working on now.
