We are currently under contract to purchase some 4-plexes. We are considering managing them ourselves and are looking for advice, especially on how to fill vacancies. Thanks in advance for any help and this site.

Craig Jacober Time vs Money. You'll pay a 6-8% prop mgmt fee but you'll save time and headaches. Or you'll need to get smart on mgmt and figure out how to do it well while probably failing along the way and acquiring a new part time job. Depends on your priorities and how much free time you have.
