I am new to the site and wanted to quickly introduce myself to all of you. My name is Calvin and I am a Relationship Banker at a bank in NY who has gained a high interest in learning more about real estate investing and how to get started on building my portfolio in the field. I have no experience in real estate thus far however I am eager to learn and anxious to get started and earn some passive income. I am interested in starting out with a duplex as my first investment and expanding from there, I am in Upstate New York! I look forward to meeting many of you and learning about your experiences as well as sharing mines as time goes by! Let the adventure begin...
