Hi Dacia! Yes working as a banker has allowed me to understand about how financing works as well as have access to it. It has also made me more interested in investing and growing a real estate portfolio and learning as much as I can. I see people day in and day out succeed in the real estate investing world and that is what has brought me here today. I want to grow and succeed in the field as well and build a strong team that will grow with me. I relocated to Ellenville from Middletown and I am looking into possibly investing in my first multi family here in Ellenville and nearby towns to get started because the homes are much more low cost than Middletown and property taxes are lower, also the town of Ellenville seems to be uprising from what i have heard from long term residents. Which can bring some decent passive income and allow me to branch out. Ulster County would be a good place to start in my opinion as we gain experience, I have not looked into Delaware County but I will like to see what is out there. I also want to look into single family and apartments/condos in near by areas. When did you get started in real estate investments? And how many properties if any do you currently own?
