Hey everybody, 
I am 25 with no kids and wife. Building my savings and increasing my FICO. Plan to complete a wholesale by January 2017 and buy a cheap property for myself to househack by July 2017.
My full time job in the IT field pays well, permits the autonomy to study and browse the market. Most of my time goes towards watching youtube videos, following my mentors who range from agents to brokers, and cold call.
I want to eventually fully commit myself (leave my 9-5pm) by 2018. Dallas is booming and I want to be a part of the area's growth.
