Hi All,

After being a bit of a spectator these past few months (lots of reading the forum posts and BP articles without chiming in) I've finally decided to introduce myself.  I don't own any properties yet, and am looking at multi-family properties outside of the area I live in (Manhattan) due to the crazy costs of buying in NYC.
