Hello, 

My name is Chris and I am new to real estate investing. I currently have one single family unit rental property in New Jersey and I am looking to grow my portfolio with other opportunities. I have a full time job and I am looking to continue real estate investing part time. I am eager to learn more about the industry and any future opportunities in this area.
