Hello good day hope everyone is well I'm Thomas Barksdale from Haverhill, Ma my experience with single family home was not good live in Methuen fifteen years ended up in the hospital just couldn't get mortgage problem resolved cut our loses back in 2008 with tens working years left in Bio-tech industry I've decided to try multi family to help leverage that rent issues always pay the rent for the 1st of the month been approved for 200 thousand my goal will be to negotiate this property better learning as I go along for myself my wife & grandchildren.
