Hello my name is Jermaine Washington. I'm 24 with a passion for real estate. I was raised around real estate my entire life but never enjoyed what my parents did. My mother is a broker in the state of Michigan and still active in the RE community. She has been in real estate for over 22 years. My father previously worked in the mortgage industry. 

I first started off in Real Estate cleaning vacant houses for my mother around the age of 13. Which was fun and gave me a little spending cash young. Around the age of 21 I took classes to become a licensed RE agent but did not feel that was the route I wanted to take after taking the classes. I started to lean towards home inspections and becoming an inspector which is still my current dream. Right now I'm interested in starting a wholesaling empire.
