Thanks everyone for your helpful responses. Hopefully they allow me to do this. I will be contacting different lenders and see if they are willing to work with me. I was unsure because I voluntarily left MI to move to AZ but in the end I have found a much much better job so maybe the lenders won’t mind that I’m already attached to another home.

Second FHA Loan question. I currently have a FHA loan from 2 years ago for my home in Michigan. In the past year I switched jobs and started working for a Corporation in Phoenix Arizona. Will I be able to qualify for a second fha loan in AZ while I still have my home in MI. I would like to keep that one because I have family living there and for the price I bought my house the value has increased 3x that and it’s also bringing me extra income. So I’m not underwater or anything. Will FHA take me switching jobs and relocating as an exemption. The only reason I ask is because the rules say if your job relocates you but I switched jobs and make more money also but will this be ok with them?

Just wanted to say Thanks to all of you. My mind set was cash buyers first then deals but I can see the logic in getting a deal first. I was waiting to look for deals but not anymore! Thanks again

Hello my name is Jermaine Washington. I'm 24 with a passion for real estate. I was raised around real estate my entire life but never enjoyed what my parents did. My mother is a broker in the state of Michigan and still active in the RE community. She has been in real estate for over 22 years. My father previously worked in the mortgage industry. 

I first started off in Real Estate cleaning vacant houses for my mother around the age of 13. Which was fun and gave me a little spending cash young. Around the age of 21 I took classes to become a licensed RE agent but did not feel that was the route I wanted to take after taking the classes. I started to lean towards home inspections and becoming an inspector which is still my current dream. Right now I'm interested in starting a wholesaling empire. Currently looking for cash buyers in MI and AZ. Contact me if we can calaborate on anything.

Hello, I am new to wholesaling and real estate. I have been around real estate my whole life with a mom who is a broker in the state of MI and a father who is in the mortgage business. I purchased tons of software and signs to help me wholesale with a website and all but can't find any cash buyers. I read that I should tell cash buyers about myself wth all honesty. When doing this method all cash buyers I contact I can tell they open the emails (software). I give them an intro to who I am then tell them what I can do for them. No responses from 3-6 month old Cash Buyer List that show they previously purchased a home for cash 3-6 months ago. Any Advice? I'm wholesaling in Detroit, MI and I also am trying to obtain investors that would invest in Phoenix, AZ where a friend is trying the same thing with no avail obtaining investors.
