I'm a new investor to the area looking to network with like minded people.

My focus is on wholesaling. Greetings all members.

@Cary F.

Thanks. I'm excited about doing well in this industry. At a several REIA meetings, and several articles I've read, it has been recommended to start off in wholesaling. Being able to assign contracts and earn cash without actually buying the property makes sense. I have definitely thought about buy and hold also, maybe just later on as I build some capital. What are your thoughts on this? I'd love to discuss your ideas.
