Hello, I'm a newbie looking to get into real estate business. From my understanding, he business has a lot of different avenues. I'm a full time worker, working for someone else making them money. There's nothing wrong with that because I'm a hard worker. Currently I have my mind set on purchasing and renting, building a good portfolio living comfortable. Any help, advice, guidance, time etc. I'm willing to learn and work from the bottom up. Plz drop some knowledge on me!!!

Thanks!

Real Estate Investing is a huge topic and has so so many aspects. A typical pattern we see for new investors... Start out in wholesaling, get good at analyzing and finding good deals, work your way into a few flip properties to build up cashflow and then eventually begin to purchase some long term rentals.

There is a ton more than just that but i recommend you spend quite a bit of time on this site. There is a ton of information on here and you really can pick up on a lot of things listening and reading others. Then you may find an avenue that you gravitate towards and can find an expert in that arena.

Let me know if you have any questions or if i can help in any way. I have some family out that way and would be great to connect anyway.
